Story Behind Aroma

Coffee grinder is the soulmate to our cup of Joe.  I remember my first grind and brew coffee lesson, my teacher told me without an ideal grinder, you will never be able to make a nice cup of coffee.  In the beginning, I didn’t believe his theory.  But after finished my long and unforgettable coffee studying journey, I fully admit coffee grinder is something I don’t want to miss out for preparing an astounding coffee.

There are vast varieties coffee grinders in the market for you to select.  You can choose the one you like to start with.  But if you don’t mind stretching out your budget, I highly recommend you buy a conical burr coffee grinder, which can easily fit most of your need by making from espresso, drip
coffee to steep coffee.  In addition, most of the conical burr coffee grinder is with removable upper burr, you can clean it without a mess.  Some of the conical burr coffee grinders are made with slow
speed motor, it is not only enhancing the coffee aroma and flavor, but it can also reduce much of the static during grinding.

I personally like to grind on demand, if you never have time to try it, spare a few moments from your screen time and try to indulge yourself a bit, I am sure you will find the fresh brew coffee experience is ultimately enjoyed.

I hope you will enjoy my sharing.  If you may have any coffee experience you would like to share.  Please leave your message on our IG and Web.

Talk to you next time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What brewing methods is this grinder suitable for?

The grinder supports multiple brewing styles with 17 micro-adjustable grind settings, including:

  • Espresso (Fine)
  • Pour-over / Drip coffee (Medium)
  • French Press (Coarse)

How do I adjust the grind size?

Rotate the bean hopper to fine-tune your desired grind size.

  • Smaller dot symbol = finer grind
  • Larger dot symbol = coarser grind

What is the hopper and grounds bin capacity?

  • Bean Hopper: approximately 250g
  • Grounds Container: approximately 100g

Is the grinder loud?

No. The grinder uses a high-torque DC motor designed specifically for low-RPM operation. Even at lower speeds, it still delivers strong grinding power, helping to reduce noise, minimize heat, and prevent the coffee beans from overheating, which preserves their flavor and aroma. As a result, it operates significantly quieter than blade grinders or entry-level disc burr grinders.

Why does the coffee grinder not operate when switched on?

The grinder has a built-in safety protection system. Please check the following:

  1. Make sure the power plug is properly connected.
  2. Reinsert and lock the bean hopper correctly.
  3. Ensure the grounds container is fully inserted.
  4. Set the desired grinding time using the timer knob (not at "0").
  5. The motor may stop automatically due to overload protection.

If the grinder still does not operate, please contact us for assistance.

Can the burrs be removed for cleaning or replacement?

Yes. The 48mm stainless steel conical burrs are removable for deep cleaning and can be replaced if they become dull after years of use.

Does it have an auto shutoff feature?

Yes. The grinder includes a timer function that allows grinding for a preset duration (approximately 10–50 seconds) before automatically stopping.

How can I fix static causing coffee grounds to scatter?

Static buildup is a common issue, especially with plastic containers, and it cannot be completely avoided.

Tip: Use the Ross Droplet Technique (RDT). This involves adding a very small amount of moisture—usually 1–2 sprays of water—to coffee beans before grinding to significantly reduce static electricity and grinder retention. This helps prevent grounds from sticking, reduces mess, and improves consistency, especially for single-dose espresso grinding.

How do I clean the burrs?

  • Do not use water on the metal burrs
  • Use the included cleaning brush to remove coffee dust
  • For deep cleaning, use coffee grinder cleaning tablets (such as Urnex Grindz) monthly

The motor runs, but no coffee comes out. What should I do?

The grind chute may be clogged with coffee oils or compacted grounds.

  1. Empty the hopper
  2. Use a brush or pipe cleaner to clear the chute where grounds exit into the bin
