Return and Refund Policy
1. You can request for return the product(s) within 7 days of receiving your purchase (based on delivery record). Product(s) excluded in this policy includes but not limited to coffee beans and discounted product(s) cannot be refunded or returned after the order is placed.
2. All product(s) returned will be checked. Once confirmed that there is quality issue of the product(s), you can choose to refund or to exchange. For exchange product(s), Palicoffee will provide brand new product(s) with the same model and color of your purchase. Exchange for product(s) you did not purchase are not allowed.
3. Return is not allowed for product(s) which have been used, altered, and tampered.
4. You will need to pay for the postage cost of shipping the goods to our office. If the delivery cost is insufficient, Palicoffee has the right to refuse the return, and you will bear the additional expenses incurred. The relevant shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as requested. Only product(s) which are defective, postage cost will be paid by Palicoffee.
5. If you have been entitled to a gift with purchase in your previous order, when you return your product(s), kindly return us the gift as well.
6. In case of any dispute, Palicoffee reserves the right of final decision.
Return and Refund Instructions
If you need to return the product(s), please inform us through Whatsapp within 7 days of receiving the product(s). Please ensure the returned product(s) is under return policy standard, please follow below steps for the return application:
1. Please inform us through Whatsapp to apply return. Please provide detail information for your purchase, including order no., date of purchase, product(s) for return and return reason(s).
2. After your return application, please send the product(s) to our office.

3. Please provide tracking no. to us. You will need to cover the cost of return postage. If the delivery cost is insufficient, we have the right to refuse the return, and you will bear the additional expenses incurred. The relevant shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as requested.
4. Upon the arrival of your returned product(s) at our office, we will check if the product(s) meets the requirements of returns and refunds. We will inform you through Whatsapp once the refund request has been approved. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Normally your account will be refunded within 30 working days, but it varies depending on your card issuer, bank or electronic payment agency. For customer who choose to exchange product(s), we will inform you through Whatsapp for details of delivery arrangement.
Product Damaged During Shipment
If you received product(s) which is damaged upon arrival, please contact Palicoffee immediately.
If product(s) is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return the product(s) which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact Palicoffee to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.
Workshop Registration & Refund Policy
1. You may register Palico workshop through Palico online shop or Palico PMQ pop-up store.
2. Participants need to pay for the registration fee for completing registration.
3. Participants can apply for cancellation 3 working days before commencement of the workshop. Palico may deduct 5-10% administrative processing fee. We will inform participants once we received the cancellation application.
4. Cancellations after commencement of the workshop is not accepted.
5. In case of inclement weather conditions, workshop will be rescheduled. We will inform participants within 3 working days.
