Coffee is something organic, even better, most specialty coffee are cultivated in organic manner though they might not have certification from any organisation. Which make specialty coffee a nice fertiliser for organic growing.

There are a few ways to use used coffee grounds or leftover liquid coffee in gardening.

Coffee grounds can be used for the following conditions: Mix it to compost, as coffee ground is a rich nitrogen source, it helps decomposition speed up. Cover the soil with a thin layer of coffee grounds help improves the overall soil structure. Coffee ground also help balance the soil acidity.

To do gardening with coffee liquid, you will have make a 6-12 hours cold brew with room temperature water, the liquid will be cool as fertilizer especially those plants that love acid soil.
