The other name of this bean is Panama Don Julian Pacamara, which came from farm Don Julian in Panama.
This farm is located in the Boquete district of province Chiriqui, with an altitude of 1600 m above sea level where the plants were grown with black volcanic soil that packs with nutrients and minerals.
Same as other sustainable coffee farm, Don Julian is a manor with broad biodiversity around and in their farm, instead of a well structured roll by roll planting, most plants were preserved as natural. The Don Julian were even being described as protected tropical rain forest instead of a coffee farm. The particular variety we would like to introduce you this time is the Pacacmara, they are large size hybride coffee beans of Pacas and Maragogype variety, with good body and usually deliver well balanced citrus sweetness and floral aroma coffee beans. We have prepared for you the wash processed beans for your choice, which will deliver you the notes of prune, raisin, mango and lavender.
