El Salvador PACAMARA
El Salvador, the Republic of El Salvador is the smallest and the most densely populated country in Central America with coffee farm located on an average elevation of 1,200 – 1,500 meters above sea level.
Coffee of El Salvador was first cultivated in early 19th century, at that time, their ability to consistently produce quality coffee was affected by political instability, in recent decade, they are able to produce some of the best single-origin Arcabica coffee beans like Salvador, Pacas, Catimor, Sarchimor, Bourbon and Pacacmara. Their harvesting season is usually October to March, although there's a large variations on the varieties, their beans usually said to carry honey, citrus, chocolate, bright taste note and aroma of fruity, floral and spice.
The particular variety we would like to introduce you this time is the Pacacmara, they are large size hybride coffee beans of Pacas and Maragogype variety, with good body and usually deliver well balanced citrus sweetness and floral aroma coffee beans. We have prepare two different processed beans for your choice, natural with notes of citrus, pineapple, data, chocolate and spice, while washed that presents dried dark fruit, plum, dark chocolate, spice and cedar notes.
