Research show that coffee drinkers have a much lower risk of developing Parkinson’s disease, a reduction in risk ranging from 32-60% except those people who drink decaf which shows not effect on them. It comes the conclusion that caffeine helps lower the risk of Parkinson’s. Other than Parkinson's, researchers also found coffee drinker are likely to have a 65% lower risk in getting Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia.
