Cold Brewing Reference Guide
Cold brew is really as simple as mixing ground coffee with cool water and steeping the mixture in the fridge overnight. The next day you strain the mixture, leaving you with a concentrate that can be served right away or stored for up to two weeks.
You will need:
Palicoffee Coffee Bean
(light medium / medium roast)
Water kettle or electronic
pour over kettle
Any cone shape filter that fit your dripper
Wooden spoon or stirrer attached on the lid of the dripper.

As cold brew is designed for long term storage, it is totally fine to make more for every brew.
For around 3 serves, grind 35g coffee beans to medium-coarse level, size like granulated sugar.
